Questions parents ask

Does the AI write my student's essays?+

No. Ray reads each draft and coaches — a score, grammar fixes, and specific ways to improve. It never rewrites the essay. Colleges get your student's own words.

What happens after I pay?+

Your student's account is upgraded the moment checkout finishes: every lesson, essay reviews, extracurricular and letter-of-rec help, all the way to submit day. Receipts go to the email you check out with.

Season pass or monthly?+

The season pass is one $180 payment for 12 months — $60 less than a year of monthly, and it never auto-renews, so there's nothing to remember to cancel. Monthly is $20 with no contract; cancel any month.

How do I get receipts or cancel monthly?+

Sign in to Stripe's billing portal with the email you checked out with — the link is at the bottom of this page.

Is messaging the student mentors included?+

Reading mentors' full applications is included. Messaging a mentor directly is separate: it's paid in rubies at the rate each mentor sets, since it's their time.

Our school already has a counselor. Why this?+

The average U.S. school counselor has 372 students. AdmitRaven is the daily, one-on-one part: a plan built around your student's deadlines, feedback on every draft, and nudges when they fall behind. If your school wants it for everyone, counselors get a dashboard too.
